As yet another individual forced to “stay home”, one thought that came to my mind was: “how can I, as a Coach, contribute to fight the pandemic”.
Part of the answer came when I read this HBR article ( https://lnkd.in/dR_NKT2) written by Francesca Guido and Dan Cable, in which they briefly show some coaching techniques. Interesting hints for leaders and individuals.
