Founded in 2009, Optimus is a company mainly dedicated to the services of Executive Coaching, Life Coaching and Career Coaching, with an approach marked by the focus on the individual and their self-knowledge, from which we create conditions for promoting the processes of change. We are a multicultural team, which allows us to easily identify and understand the dynamics of other countries, their customs and ways of thinking and, as a consequence, impact diverse cultures.
