Román Horácio Santini is the Executive Director and Founding Partner of Optimus.  A seasoned Coach with many years of experience , he has performed numerous coaching projects at the levels of President and Senior Management. Prior to this activity. Román was Partner at Odgers Berndtson, an executive Search company ranked among the 6 largest in the world.  At Odgers he was responsible for the selection of senior executives and Human Capital related subjects, including Executive Coaching. In his long international career, Román held key regional HR positions in Life Sciences and Consumer Products companies such as BD (Becton Dickinson), PepsiCo International and Mars Inc. At BD he led the Asia Pacific region, while at PepsiCo he was responsible for the SOLA (South Latin America) and Andean Regions. Later he was assigned to the Eastern European Region, being responsible for Russia. Román holds a degree in Business Administration from UADE (Universidad Argentina de Empresa), completed the Executive Coaching program at Columbia University in New York (USA) and is also certified as Master Coach by Act. Coaching International (Escola Superior de Coaching – São Paulo). He has also participated in several leadership programs at Harvard and Michigan Universities. He is also a Master Practitioner NLP by the Daudt Institute. During his career, Román lived and worked in Argentina, USA, Mexico, Russia, Singapore and Brazil.  He is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Élégie Santini holds a BS degree in Social Sciences from USP (Universidade de São Paulo) and is a certified Coach by the ICI (Integrated Coaching Institute, Brazil).  She has extensive experience in the corporate world, having worked as Executive Assistant for Presidents of multinational companies.  In addition, she accumulated vast global and multicultural experience in the various countries where she has lived and worked. In Singapore, where she lived for 11 years, she worked at the Brazilian Embassy as Commercial and Cultural Representative, organizing and coordinating cultural activities at the Embassy, as well as supervising and handling logistics for all  government and trade missions coming from Brazil.  She was also Vice President of the Spanish Speaking Women’s Association (Asociación de Damas de Habla Española), where she organized innumerous cultural events for the Latin American and Spanish communities. She is fluent in  Portuguese, English and Spanish, and has a good knowledge of French.

Bianca van den Heuvel holds a BS degree in Communications (Major in Advertising), from Bond University (Australia) and is a certified Coach by CTI – Coaches Training Institute (USA).  She specializes in Life Coaching, focusing on adolescents, bullying, and career guidance. Born and currently living in the USA, Bianca has also lived in Brazil, Mexico and Singapore.  This has provided her a global mindset and an acute appreciation of human conducts from different cultural backgrounds. She is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.

Michel Moric Altaras holds a degree in Communications from TMC Educational Group (Singapore) and is a certified Coach by CTI – Coaches Training Institute (Mexico). He is also a Certified Trainer for the Olweus Bullying Prevention Program, the most recognized bullying prevention program in the world. Prior to Optimus, he held managerial positions in companies in the Technology, Communications, and Marketing segments, in Singapore, Brazil and Mexico, where he currently resides. Michel’s corporate experience, combined with his multicultural exposure, adds tremendous value to his role as Coach. He is fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.

Flavia Santini Flavia Santini holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design from Universidad de Palermo, Buenos Aires. She is certified in Career Coaching by IAP (USA) and has a certification in Ontological Coaching and Neurolinguistics Programming (NLP). She is also certified in Reiki-Level 2 and a Trainer in visual tools such as The Coaching Game TM and Punctum TM.
Flavia has been in the educational field for 19 years and specializes in Personal and Professional coaching. Through working in partnership with her clients, she provides structure and support for coachees to take a complete look at their current state, their assumptions and perceptions about their work and the environment. She is Fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese.
